Description Makes a quick-growing colourful tasty salad leaf with its' wine-red.It takes about 6 weeks or so to reach baby leaf . This nutritious colourful salad leaf can be sown indoors all year round for baby leaf and microgreen production that are delicious raw in salads and excellent when used in stir-frying. The best leaves are picked young and small, somewhere between 5 to 10cm tall. size.The iron content is typically ten times higher than for other kale varieties.
